Celebrating Spring in Outdoor spaces!

The chill in the air shifts to warm balmy breeze, fallen leaves pave the way for new sprouts and bright sunshine beckons one outdoors!
The outdoors can be any space that helps uplift one’s disposition.
  • A cozy reading nook in your compact balcony,
  • An entry way with a vibrant vertical garden,
  • A trellised patio with seating, opening out from your dining space,
  • An ornamental garden to relax in,
  • A terrace garden to entertain, or
  • A backyard housing a refreshing kitchen garden.

One can create one’s own personal natural haven to suit one’s desire.

Whatever the space, the right setting with furniture, plants, water features, dry landscape & décor elements can create an invigorating outdoor atmosphere.

Compact Balcony: A bench seater or a small swing, composite deck flooring, quaint planters with flowering plants and small décor pieces can convert a nondescript space into a cozy haven. Artificial turf can bring in the feel of a lawn.

Entry way:  Rough hewn stone steps in pebbled walkways, miniature Vertical gardens, Creepers on verticals trellises and a collection of planters on adjoining walls all help create a vibrant and welcoming Entry way.

Patio: Outdoor seaters, Deck flooring with pockets of pebbled areas, planters with ornamental plants, a small fountain and mood lighting create a relaxed atmosphere for an evening outdoors.

Garden space: A gazebo with casual seating, water features, Lotus ponds, Zen landscape, in-built planters, garden décor elements and illuminated pathways are some elements that can create a pleasant ambience to relax in.

Terrace garden: Layered planters with flowering shrubs against tall palms, rustic tile flooring, outdoor lounge seaters, a water element, terracotta décor pieces and string lights create an amiable setting for entertaining.

Backyard: A working stone bench and table under a canopy of creepers, segregated spaces for vegetable patches, small trees, a working counter with a barbeque and sink, a small fire pit and a few décor pieces make for a functional and pleasant backyard.

Until mid march, when we meet next, stay connected with the outdoors. Adios.
